Announcement of the Tariff Commission of the State Council on the implementation of the regional comprehensive economic partnership agreement (RCEP) tariff rate for some imported goods originating in Malaysia

According to the import and export tariff regulations of the people's Republic of China and the regional comprehensive economic partnership agreement (RCEP), as well as the entry into force of RCEP for Malaysia, the tariff rates applicable to ASEAN members of RCEP shall be applied to some imported goods originating in Malaysia from March 18, 2022; The tax rate of 2022 is listed in the agreement tax rate column of the "tariff rules of the people's Republic of China (2022)" (notice of the Tax Commission No. 10, 2021, annex), and its corresponding Chinese abbreviation is "ASEAN R".
