Indonesian Defense Measures For Imported Synthetic And Regenerated Yarn

According to the notification document of the World Trade Organization (WTO) Defense Council in September 20th (2019), the Indonesian Defense Council (KPPI) received an application from the Indonesian textile association (API), and decided to launch a defensive investigation in this (2019) September 18th on the import of synthetic and regenerated yarn (except sewing thread) [Yarn (Other than sewing thread) of synthetic, G/SG/N/6/IDN/32], with reference to the tax code number (6).

Those who intend to register as interested parties should submit to the KPPI in written form within 15 days of the notice (i.e. before October 2nd). Please send any written comments during the investigation phase to the following locations:

The case will be held in Indonesia from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m. on September 30th this year. The public hearing will begin at 9 a.m., and those who wish to attend a public speaking position should apply to KPPI before September 26th of this year, otherwise they will not be admitted.
